Last Friday our mackerel in organic extra virgin olive oil was the star of the Galician TV cooking program ESTACHE BO.

In the broadcast of the program, apart from the interview to our colleague Alejandro Balufo, where he explains the origin of mackerel, there are also some images of our facilities and how we prepare this product by hand.

For this occasion, chef Miguel Mosteiro prepared some delicious mackerel dumplings with our Pan do Mar cans.
