{"id":2266,"date":"2025-09-30T08:13:53","date_gmt":"2025-09-30T07:13:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pandomar.net\/?p=2266"},"modified":"2025-09-30T09:22:21","modified_gmt":"2025-09-30T08:22:21","slug":"50-dedicacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pandomar.net\/fr\/50-dedicacion\/","title":{"rendered":"50 ans de d\u00e9vouement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"lead\"><strong>Conservas Antonio P\u00e9rez Lafuente<\/strong> a rendu un hommage \u00e9mouvant \u00e0 deux de ses employ\u00e9es les plus estim\u00e9es, <strong>M\u00aa Josefa<\/strong> et <strong>M\u00aa Jes\u00fas<\/strong>, qui, apr\u00e8s <strong>cinq d\u00e9cennies<\/strong> de d\u00e9vouement et d\u2019engagement dans l\u2019entreprise familiale, entament d\u00e9sormais leur retraite bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Toutes deux, n\u00e9es en <strong>1960<\/strong>, ont rejoint la conserverie alors qu\u2019elles \u00e9taient \u00e0 peine adolescentes : M\u00aa Josefa en septembre <strong>1974<\/strong> et M\u00aa Jes\u00fas un an plus tard, en <strong>1975<\/strong>. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, \u00e2g\u00e9es seulement de <strong>14<\/strong> et <strong>15 ans<\/strong>, elles durent \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9es de leurs parents pour signer leur contrat. Ce d\u00e9but pr\u00e9coce, marqu\u00e9 par la responsabilit\u00e9 de contribuer au revenu familial, refl\u00e8te l\u2019effort et l\u2019esprit de sacrifice d\u2019une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration enti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis, leur vie professionnelle est rest\u00e9e li\u00e9e sans interruption \u00e0 la <strong>soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong>, apportant exp\u00e9rience, engagement et savoir-faire pendant <strong>50 ans<\/strong>. Leur <strong>travail<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 essentiel \u00e0 la croissance et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution de la <strong>conserverie<\/strong>, qui compte aujourd\u2019hui plus d\u2019un si\u00e8cle d\u2019histoire dans la transformation des produits de la mer selon des m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles.<\/p>\n<p>En signe de gratitude, la direction leur a remis la <strong>Cam\u00e9lia d\u2019Argent<\/strong>, la <strong>distinction<\/strong> que <strong>Conservas Antonio P\u00e9rez Lafuente<\/strong> attribue \u00e0 ses employ\u00e9es \u00e0 la fin de leur carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Ce symbole repr\u00e9sente non seulement la <strong>reconnaissance<\/strong> pour leurs <strong>d\u00e9cennies de d\u00e9vouement<\/strong>, mais aussi le respect envers celles qui ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 b\u00e2tir l\u2019h\u00e9ritage de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00aa Josefa<\/strong> et <strong>M\u00aa Jes\u00fas<\/strong> incarnent l\u2019esprit de la conserverie : tradition artisanale, engagement envers la qualit\u00e9 et transmission interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle du savoir. Leur parcours s\u2019ajoute \u00e0 celui de nombreuses coll\u00e8gues qui, par leur effort et leur loyaut\u00e9, ont permis \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise de pr\u00e9server son essence et ses valeurs depuis plus de <strong>100 ans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Avec cet hommage, <strong>Conservas Antonio P\u00e9rez Lafuente<\/strong> r\u00e9affirme son engagement envers les personnes qui font partie de son
