{"id":7,"date":"2014-05-21T09:40:28","date_gmt":"2014-05-21T09:40:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pandomar.net\/?page_id=7"},"modified":"2025-08-19T10:30:21","modified_gmt":"2025-08-19T09:30:21","slug":"nosotros","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/pandomar.net\/fr\/nosotros\/","title":{"rendered":"<span>Qui sommes <span>nous"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"lead\">Conserves Antonio Perez Lafuente est une entreprise familiale qui se consacre \u00e0 la fabrication des produits de la mer en conserve selon les principes du si\u00e8cle dernier et qui a ses racines en 1892 ; notre manufacture se situe \u00e0 Vilanova de Arousa, ville qui se trouve sur la c\u00f4te nord-ouest de la p\u00e9ninsule Ib\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<div>&#8220;PAN DO MAR\u201d, est le nom sous lequel nous pr\u00e9sentons nos produits, qui refl\u00e8te notre histoire et philosophie de travail, bas\u00e9 sur des ressources de forme rationnelle et durable trait\u00e9s celons les m\u00e9thodes traditionnels.<\/div>\n<h1>QUE FAISONS-NOUS ?<\/h1>\n<p>Dans APL nous nous sentons les h\u00e9ritiers d&#8217;une tradition s\u00e9culaire de fabricants de conserves et pour cela nous avons l&#8217;orgueil de maintenir les m\u00e9thodes d&#8217;\u00e9laboration et de traitement du poisson que nos anc\u00eatres nous ont transmis, sans renoncer aux avanc\u00e9es techniques en mati\u00e8re de contr\u00f4le et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaires. Les principes qui r\u00e9gissent notre activit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>LA P\u00caCHE<\/strong> est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par des embarcations de p\u00eache c\u00f4ti\u00e8re propres aux communaut\u00e9s locales, \u00e0 traditions famili\u00e8res enracin\u00e9es dans la p\u00eache et l&#8217;\u00e9quipage, utilisant des arts traditionnels sans abuser.<\/li>\n<li><strong>ELABORATION ARTISANAL:<\/strong> Tout le poisson est cuit, nettoy\u00e9, les filets \u00e9labor\u00e9s \u00e0 la main et mis en conserve dans notre manufacture selon les pratiques et les recettes traditionnelles de la cuisine locale.<\/li>\n<li><strong>LA PECHE DURABLE:<\/strong> Le poisson trait\u00e9 dans notre manufacture vient de la p\u00eache consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme durable selon l&#8217;art de la p\u00eache traditionnelle et les crit\u00e8res homologu\u00e9s par la FAO et les organisations \u00e9cologistes, bas\u00e9e sur l&#8217;utilisation des m\u00e9thodes s\u00e9lectives et contr\u00f4l\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li><strong>INGREDIENTS ECOLOGIQUES:<\/strong> Le m\u00eame int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la protection de l&#8217;environnement se retrouve dans la s\u00e9lection des ingr\u00e9dients avec lequel s&#8217;accompagne notre \u00e9laboration de poisson et de fruits de mer: Huile d&#8217;olive extra-vierge de premi\u00e8re pression \u00e0 froid, v\u00e9g\u00e9taux, \u00e9pices et vinaigre pour les sauces tous issus de cultures \u00e9cologique et biodynamiques certifi\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>LA NOTION QUI NOUS INSPIRE DANS NOTRE TRAVAIL EST C&#8217;ELLE DU REPECT: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Respect pour l\u2019environnement, puisque nous avons le sentiment et obligation de laisser \u00e0 nos enfants un monde riche et vari\u00e9 tel que nous l&#8217;avons re\u00e7us.
