
{"id":368,"date":"2014-07-02T08:40:20","date_gmt":"2014-07-02T08:40:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pandomar.net\/?page_id=368"},"modified":"2016-04-12T04:11:00","modified_gmt":"2016-04-12T04:11:00","slug":"caballa","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/pandomar.net\/fr\/caballa\/","title":{"rendered":"Les maquereaux"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"lead\"><b>Les maquereaux que nous emballons dans notre marque &#8220;PAIN DO MAR&#8221; sont de l\u2019esp\u00e8ce Scomber scombrus &#8221; xarda&#8221; ou \u201cverdel\u201d pour les p\u00eacheurs de la mer du Golfe de Gascogne\u00a0 dans le Nord de l&#8217;Espagne ou Scomber japonicus-colias &#8220;maquereau blanc&#8221; qui se capture dans les eaux c\u00f4ti\u00e8res de Galice.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>P\u00eache, tr\u00e8s ancienne, va depuis le Golfe de Gascogne passant par le cap de Bars et le long de la c\u00f4te ouest de la Gallice et est effectu\u00e9e par des bateaux de p\u00eache c\u00f4ti\u00e8re des villages abondances de p\u00eache qui peuple ce littoral. Sur la c\u00f4te Basque et Cantabrique est alternatif tout au long des cycles annuels de p\u00eache avec les campagnes de l&#8217;anchois et le bonit\u00e9, donnant lieu \u00e0 une s\u00e9rie de coutumes et modes de vie qui sont toute une culture populaire maritime.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de capture le plus utilis\u00e9 est le d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 &#8220;ligne de main&#8221; une corde d&#8217;environ 12 \u00e0 15m. avec un plomb \u00e0 l&#8217;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 et fourni de quelques hame\u00e7ons. Il se jette depuis l&#8217;embarcation en naviguant \u00e0 une marche lente et sur le banc, il collecte \u00e0 la main ou \u00e0 l\u2019aide d&#8217;un rouleau. Sur certains bateaux ce moulinet travaille de fa\u00e7on m\u00e9canique pour am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de la collecte. Cette m\u00e9thode est hautement s\u00e9lectif car-uni au contr\u00f4le des captures et la saisonnalit\u00e9 des campagnes, garantit la viabilit\u00e9 de la p\u00eache, r\u00e9duisant au minimum les rejets de la capture accidentelle d&#8217;esp\u00e8ces non commerciales et prot\u00e9g\u00e9es.
