White Tuna “Bonito del Norte loins from sustainable and controlled fishery stocks, rod-caught by the North Spain traditional inshore fishery, hand cleaned and canned in extra virgin first cold pressed olive oil from Spanish organic agriculture.

Our Tuna is rod-caught by the local communities in the surrounding waters of the Cantabric Sea and Bizcayan Gulf. Using traditional and selective fishing methods they avoid by-catch, depredation and help to preserve the natural White Tuna stocks. No use of nets is a guarantee for this product along with freshness and quality of fish.

These fisheries are controlled by the Fishery Authorities under the rules of the European Community joint with the ICCAT, (International Comission for the Conservation of the Atlantic Tuna) and the Earth Island Institute, (Dolphin Safe).
Organic ingredients certified by BCS Öko-Garantie. Spanish authority for organic official control: ES-GA-ES/CRAEGA, Concello Regulador de la Producción Ecológica de Galicia. Produced under the European Regulation for the organic production EC 834/2007 art. 23 lit.c/i.
