ANCHOVIES IN ORGANIC OLIVE OIL
Fillets of anchovies (Engraulis encrasicolus) from the controlled fisheries of the Bay of Biscay. Hand cleaned and cleaned and canned in first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil.
These filets are have not a sterilization process, their natural preservatives are the salt and the oil, so it is recommended to keep them in a cool place with low temperature.
Organic ingredients certified by BCS Öko-Garantie. Spanish authority for organic official control: ES-GA-ES/CRAEGA, Concello Regulador de la Producción Ecológica de Galicia. Produced under the rules of the European organic Regulation EC 834/2007.
